  The worst management company ever. They will double charge you so you get no deposit back. They will as a standard practice on references to other property management companies after you leave them. Recommend to not rent to you. even with perfect payment history. For some reason they ( Rhonda and Gennie ) get some pleasure for make their ex tenets lives hard. As a tenant they will at random without notice will show up at your rental and want to look around. Very unnerving and uncalled for . As a past tenet I warn all that you will pay dearly in the future for renting from them. The owner of the property that we rented from them also dropped them for over charging them . So property owners and renters beware of these people. Sweet little old ladies they are not. Shady , cruel , greedy and backstabbing comes to mind when you hear the name Fox Realty .
